K-12 teachers of any discipline can apply for a paid summer externship at a local STEM company. Learn more about the jobs in today’s manufacturing and engineering firms and the skills students need to succeed. Complete the program and receive a $2,500 stipend.
Selected teachers will spend three to five days at a work site, participate in three professional development days, and design and deliver a problem-based learning lesson to share with students based on their experience.
All K-12 teachers (regardless of content area) are encouraged to apply. The application period has been extended to March 13. Learn more about the program and apply.
