The Ohio STEM Learning Network, Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, and our partners want to make sure that we nurture and feed STEM instructor needs for the continuation of design thinking, even in a remote environment. Join us in a community of practice forum where we look at best practices, share designs for engaged inquiry in a remote setting and augment your ability to promote creative problem solving during the COVID-19 school closures.
Each week, we will bring you the best STEM thought leaders, design ideas, interactive dialogue with other STEM instructors and free tools to support you in making instructional decisions that fit today’s limitations.
If you are an experienced STEM educator, your experiences are exactly what we need! And if you’re an inquiring learner in STEM, have we got ideas for you!
Future Focused STEM
5/14/20 from 2:00 to 3:30PM – Registration
The likelihood of school looking “normal” in Fall 2020 gives us a fabulous chance to think outside the box regarding STEM delivery systems. Marcy Raymond and Heather Sherman will facilitate a community of practice dialogue exploring out of the box designs for STEM delivery in the classroom for 2020-2021. For this session, we have invited the Ohio Science Academy, OSLN and the Ohio Department of Education to assist us.
