Soybean Harvesting Virtual Field Trip for Elementary Students

Take your students on a Virtual Field Trip to an Ohio Soybean Farm during harvest this fall!
This virtual field trip will connect K-5 students directly with an Ohio soybean farmer for a ride-along in his combine as they harvest soybeans.
Students will:
- Get a live tour of an Ohio soybean farm during harvest
- See the latest technology as you ride along in a combine
- Learn the inner workings of a combine harvester
- Learn what happens to soybeans after they leave the field
- Discover the uses and benefits of Ohio soybeans and more!
Trip length: 30 minutes
TEACHERS: Upon registering, you’ll receive a link valid for ONE DEVICE ONLY to connect to Zoom for this event, intended for a teacher to display the trip for students in the classroom. All teachers should register separately to receive their own link to join.
This trip will also be live streamed and recorded via YouTube, with the link to the stream/recording provided in confirmation and reminder emails.
