Submit Participant level data for regional hub programming

Participant level data - Used in the official Ohio STEM Learning Network annual report to the Ohio Department of Education. We will not use the email addresses for any purposes other than counting. Having the name and email addresses allows us to make sure we are not counting the same participants more than once across the entire set of offerings. This data must include participant name, email (as identifier to avoid duplicates), School and/or district, school IRN, and # of students impacted by participant.

Counting data tips

• Per request, the descriptions of each program or event have been moved to the second tab of this template. Please provide a description for each program.

• Multiple entries for the same school across different events or programs will not cause any problems for the counting analysis. Our process chooses the single largest student impact for each valid IRN.

• Please do not alter the initial columns of the template. Data from all hubs is initially pooled together using these columns.

• If you're pasting data in from other sources into this spreadsheet, the "Paste special" menu in Excel may help eliminate formatting problems.
