Plan to visit the Dayton Regional STEM School (DRSS) during the 2014-2015 school year and dive into the details of Project Based Learning (PBL), STEM Foundations, CRITIQUE and Advanced PBL. These two-day professional development opportunities consists of an extended visit to DRSS, providing participants with an up-close look at the principles and practices that make DRSS unique. Participants will leave with a good understanding of how DRSS operates, and some ideas about implementing PBL in their own setting.
The cost of each Residency is $50.00 per person (includes lunch each day) and DRSS will accept a purchase order from your district for payment. Wright State University graduate credit is also available for a reduced rate of $250 for one semester hour.
