The Ohio STEM Innovation Summit brings together STEM teachers, leaders, and champions from across the state. Last year’s summit sold out as 450+ educators came together to help inspire a new generation of innovators.

The Ohio STEM Learning Network is calling for exhibitors who are enthusiastic about elevating STEM education and eager to partner with educators to develop Ohio’s future STEM workforce.
Applications to join as an exhibitor close on February 3, 2026.
Gold Exhibitor Package (10 available)
- One 6-foot exhibitor table in the exhibit hall (includes tablecloth and two chairs)
- Booth in a prime location near the main registration area
- Premium branding: your logo featured on the summit website and general session signage in the main ballroom
- Standard Wi-Fi included at your booth
- Optional lead-retrieval add-on available via the event platform (see details below)
- Rate: $800
Nonprofit rate: $650 (documentation required; limited availability; one space per organization)
Electricity (optional): Exhibitors order electricity directly from the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Services are not included with your booth and must be ordered before the event. Advance pricing is available.
Silver Exhibitor Package
- One 6-foot exhibitor table in the exhibit hall (includes tablecloth and two chairs)
- Company name listed on the exhibitor list in the event app
- Standard Wi-Fi included at your booth
- Optional lead-retrieval add-on available via the event platform (see details below)
- Rate: $400
Nonprofit rate: $250 (documentation required; limited availability; one space per organization)
