West High School is a collaborative STEM learning community committed to academic excellence. Students are immersed in highly engaging, project-based learning in their course of study. We offer a wide variety of Project Lead the Way engineering courses as well as free dual enrollment courses through our partnership with Columbus State Community College. Rigorous academics prepare students for the challenges of employment and post-secondary education by integrating real-world applications, class projects, career exploration, job shadowing, internships, and advanced placement (AP) courses. We combine tradition and innovation in order to prepare students for the many challenges they face in the 21st century.
