Join DO STEM, teaming up with Montgomery County Educational Service Center – MCESC for our upcoming Fall Convening, Aptitude to Action: Translating Student Data into Dayton’s Future STEM Workforce.

We are bringing together K-12 educators, higher education and military partners, industry executives, and community non-profits to turn regional student aptitude insights into real-world career pathways.

• “Putting YOU in the Pipeline” Panel: Cross-sector insights exploring the talent journey from STUDENT discovery to industry recruitment.
• The Talent Mapping Lab: A hands-on, collaborative working session where you will analyze anonymized student aptitude profiles to design actionable pathways and partnerships.
