Dayton Region Hub: Fall STEM Spotlight, Dayton Regional STEM
11.11.2026 | 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Join us for a STEM School spotlight visit to The Dayton Regional STEM Elementary School, hosted by DO STEM, on November 11th, from 9:30 a.m.–11:30a.m. This tour offers regional partners an inside look at how early STEM experiences lay the foundation for student success across the K–12 continuum. Attendees will participate in a guided facility walkthrough of the brand-new, 60,000-square-foot facility built to house 400 elementary innovators and networking and collaboration amongst DRSS educators and leadership as well as networking opportunities to explore cross-sector opportunities and place-based partnership.
About the School:
The Dayton Regional STEM Schools is a public, independent STEM district serving students in grades K–12 from across the Dayton region. The mission is simple but powerful: to prepare and inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators. At STEM, learning comes alive through hands-on, project-based experiences where students solve authentic problems, explore industry-grade technology, and connect with real-world professionals. In the fall of 2025, DRSS expanded its motto of “The Real World Starts Here” to the youngest of innovators. Opening its doors to a brand new facility in January, you don’t want to miss this chance to see them in action!
Intended audience:
Open to all educators, administrators, aspiring STEM/STEAM schools, industry, higher education partners, as well as local and state leaders.
