About the Excellence Awards
For many years, OSLN recognized outstanding contributions to STEM education through multiple Excellence Award categories, including teaching, leadership, and partnerships. As the awards program has evolved, the Outstanding Service Award now serves as OSLN’s singular honor, celebrating individuals whose broad and lasting contributions continue to shape STEM learning across Ohio.
Outstanding Service Award
Each year, the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN) honors an individual whose leadership, dedication, and service have made a lasting impact on STEM education across Ohio through the Outstanding Service Award.
This award recognizes those who go above and beyond to expand opportunities for learners, strengthen educator practice, build meaningful partnerships, and champion innovative STEM experiences in schools, organizations, and communities across the state.
The 2026 Outstanding Service Award recipient will be recognized at the Ohio STEM Innovation Summit on June 9, 2026.
