Bradley Severt is a STEM Project Specialist with the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN) at Battelle, where he supports statewide STEM initiatives through program coordination, project management, and operational support. He brings more than eight years of experience spanning K–12 education, instructional leadership, and large-scale program operations.
Prior to joining Battelle, Bradley held roles in education and workforce development focused on instructional excellence, program execution, and continuous improvement. His experience includes managing concurrent programs and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using data-informed decision-making to improve engagement, implementation fidelity, and outcomes. He has also led professional learning, facilitated communities of practice, and supported the rollout of system-wide instructional and programmatic initiatives.
Bradley began his career in education as a high school social studies teacher, designing project-based curriculum and collaborating with school teams to support student achievement and growth. He holds a Master of Education from The Ohio State University and brings a passion for supporting educators and building systems that ensure students across Ohio have access to meaningful, high-quality STEM learning experiences that prepare them for future success.
Outside of work, Bradley enjoys running, reading, and exploring local coffee shops with his wife and daughter—often combining all three when he can.
