Located at the Dayton Regional STEM School, the Dayton Regional STEM School Training Center provides trainings focused around strengths and legacy of the Dayton region. The Dayton region has a long history of invention and entrepreneurship, which informs the educational approach through the application of content to solve real-world problems.
The Dayton Regional STEM School Training Center also leverages its relationship with Wright State University to offer trainings in STEM school leadership and research/assessment/evaluation. Dr. Brian Boyd, associate professor of Math Education at WSU and founding principal of the Dayton Regional STEM School, leads the Innovative Leaders Institute in collaboration with the OSLN.
