CS Exam Prep Application

This is an intensive exam preparation program designed for Ohio educators who plan to take the Ohio Assessment for Computer Science (054). The course is fast-paced and equivalent in rigor to a graduate-level computer science course. While it does not require a computer science degree, participants should have some background or experience with computer science concepts (e.g., teaching CS, programming experience, or prior professional learning in CS).

This program includes asynchronous coursework through Kira Learning and biweekly synchronous sessions on Tuesday evenings (7:30–9:0M) on January 12 and 26, February 9 and 23, March 9 and 23, April 6 and 20, May 4 and 18. Participation in both formats is highly encouraged for success. The cost of this exam prep program is $990. Through the Teach CS Grant program, OSLN will provide full scholarships to eligible Ohio teachers. The scholarship covers the program cost.(Required)
