The American Statistical Association (ASA) and the Caucus for Women in Statistics (CWS) are pleased to host the second annual Florence Nightingale Day. This event will be held for middle and high school students (grades 8-12) at the Ohio State University campus as well as other locations across the country. Check back often for updates. What: A celebration of women in statistics and data science! Join us for the Florence Nightingale Day to discover the opportunities for careers in statistics and data science, to do fun activities with data, and to develop connections. This event is free for students and food will be provided.
Who: 8th to 12th grade students
When: October 19th from 9 am to 2:30 pm
